Love Heart 29

I have had such a wonderful and fun time this month searching for great hearts to share with you. It was sometimes a challenge to find a heart image that fit each day’s theme, but I really enjoyed the process.

To end this month’s heart motif, I’d like to remind you that

and therefore

Those who know your name trust in you,

for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.

—Psalm 9:10

I am always so thankful that no matter how my day is going or how horrible I feel, God fills me with abundant joy.

This is a special treasure.

But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you. —Psalm 5:11

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him. —Psalm 28:7

Bring joy to your servant, Lord, for I put my trust in you. —Psalm 86:4

For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you? Indeed, you are our glory and joy.  —1 Thessalonians 2:19-20

Tulips make me happy. That’s a fact. No wonder they’re my absolute favorite flower!

So, on this Happy Sunday I thought I’d share a gorgeous photo of two tulips forming a heart. The fact that they happen to also be pink doesn’t hurt either.

I ♥ that!

Someone has obviously been doing some serious playing with their food! Can you imagine all the time and work involved to transform this simple watermelon into such a unique and sweet work of art?

Wouldn’t this be a cute, frugal and easy mobile to crochet with leftover yarns?

Here’s the link to the pattern at Red Heart Yarns.

Oh, am I ever thankful for this truth!

Today’s Wonderful Wednesday good news:

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,”

and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead,

you will be saved.

For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified,

and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith

and are saved.

—Romans 8:9-10
