Rest in the arms of Jesus
He only is my rock and my salvation,
My stronghold; I shall not be shaken.
On God my salvation and my glory rest;
The rock of my strength, my refuge is in God.
Trust in Him at all times, O people;
Pour out your heart before Him;
God is a refuge for us. Selah.
—Psalm 62:6-8
I’ve been very busy lately and need to rest a lot, so this image and Psalm passage seemed appropriate for me right now—and I hope for you too, Beloved!

Beautiful, Anna. Praying for you and hope you’re soon feeling stronger.
Thanks, Susan. It’s been a long haul and I can’t see the light at the end of this tunnel yet. I really appreciate the prayers!
Appropriate for every blood-bought, adopted child of the living God, Anna. Thank you. There is NO other place to me but in His artms, walking His way.
I trust you are greatly refreshed after a needed rest.
I totally agree with you, Cloudwatcher. As for the rest, well, let’s just say that there’s so much going on physically with me that I can only take one day at a time and truly rest in the arms of Jesus.
What a wonderful post!
Thank you so much, Ginger!
