Oven Tacos

I found this recipe for Oven Tacos at Lynn’s Recipe Adventures. She has the greatest and really easy recipes, including many for those with allergies to gluten and nuts.

My hubby’s favorite cuisine is Mexican and I am always looking for new Mexican dishes to try out on him. This recipe for Oven Tacos was a huge hit. In fact, he complemented me on it over and over again! Lynn includes a link for a homemade recipe for the taco seasoning, which is easy and very tasty. I can’t tolerate the MSG in those little packs from the store, so the homemade version was perfect.
