Pineapple Squares Afghan

Here is the final result of the Pineapple Squares Afghan I made for my daughter, Kathy:

Kathy now has this lying across the foot of her bed, and I have to admit it looks very much at home there. This was one of my favorite crochet projects and I definitely want to make it again. I can picture it in all kinds of colors.

This pattern came from page 46 of the February 2011 issue of Crochet World magazine. At one time you could purchase a download version of this pattern but I’ve searched and searched to find it again and have not been successful. However, you can purchase this particular back issue online here.

A couple of free versions (very similar but not exactly like the Crochet World version) are available for download:
